CloudZero helps innovative engineering organizations deliver better software, faster, within the constraints of cost. Our users are highly technical and incredibly busy, so they have little patience for tools that are confusing or don’t perform well. They demand great user-experience from our solution to help them quickly answer complex, data-heavy questions. We are looking for a UX designer to join our small, eclectic, fast-moving team to help us dream-up, design, and deliver those great user experiences in our product.
We are a small, fast-moving team, so you’ll have an opportunity to do a bit of everything. You will use design sprints or similar customer-centric design methodologies to imagine and test new product capabilities (and improve existing ones). You’ll work closely with the engineering and product teams to design and implement them. You’ll spend lots of time speaking with customers to incorporate their feedback to drive the entire process. And you’ll bring your own voice to the work: we want it to be a voice that represents a diverse perspective, that’s bold, that sympathetic, and respectful. We value creating a team that reflects the wonderful diversity of our world - so we encourage you to speak with us especially if your background is one that is typically underrepresented in tech.
The reward is being an early and influential member of our team as we rapidly grow. We’ll look to you to establish practices that will take us into our next phase as we expand our engineering capacity and become the leader in cloud cost management worldwide.
